Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the CEO of the community, directing programs and policies and ensuring efficient administration in alignment with the company business plan.

The role emphasizes marketing and public relations to achieve occupancy goals, coordination of resident services, and hiring, training, and scheduling of staff with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role in senior housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
• Demonstrated integrity, maturity and leadership skills.
• Understanding of State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations.
• Acceptable driving record (required driver).

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, direction and implementation of all programs and policies.
• Ensure efficient administration and execution of the business plan.
• Market and public relations activities to maintain occupancy goals.
• Coordinate resident services and care plan goals.
• Hire, train and schedule community staff.
• Ensure community operates in compliance with regulations.
• Create and drive the sales culture.
• Act as supervising leader for nursing and care staff.
• Manage paperwork required by regulatory bodies.
