Morningside Elite Management is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a multi-site senior living community in Virginia. You will set the cultural tone, drive operational excellence, and ensure residents receive high-quality care and life-enriching experiences.

You will oversee resident services, financial performance, team development, sales, marketing, and regulatory compliance, serving as the standard-bearer for BLOOM values across all interactions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Gerontology, or related field.
• ALM license required; licensure current and in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site, hands-on leadership across all community operations.
• Oversee resident care services, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Lead recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing team.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through tours, referrals, and partnerships.
• Ensure memory care quality and person-centered care standards.
