Morningside Elite Management seeks an Executive Director to lead a senior living community in Virginia. You will oversee resident care, financials, sales, regulatory compliance, and culture, acting as the visible, trusted face for residents and families.

The ideal candidate holds an ALM license, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least three years of executive-level senior living leadership, with a track record of improving quality of life, occupancy, and team development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Gerontology, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of executive-level leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or a comparable senior living environment.
• Must hold an Assisted Living Manager (ALM) license in accordance with applicable state requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site leadership of all community operations, including resident care, financial management, team development, sales and marketing, regulatory compliance, and culture.
• Oversee budget development, monitoring, and alignment with resident needs and company goals.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through tours, family consultations, and referrals; maintain relationships with referral sources and partners.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team aligned with BLOOM values; ensure compliant onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DSS/VA, COMAR/MD where applicable) and quality assurance across all departments.
