Job summary

Health Dimensions Group is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations for two senior living communities, driving excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and strategic planning to enhance occupancy and service quality.

The Executive Director will mentor a leadership team, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure high survey readiness while maintaining a welcoming, patient-centered environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living or long-term care.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, census development, and expense control.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations related to senior care communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead & inspire community operations across two locations, overseeing day-to-day care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement budget management strategies to meet financial goals while maintaining service standards.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and ensure licensing, surveys, and compliance across communities.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and retention to maintain a motivated workforce.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy and community presence.
