Qualifications

• Must possess a Food Service Manager Certificate and/or meet regulatory requirements.
• Experience in dining services with Management/Leadership experience.
• Must be ServSafe Certified.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of nutritional needs of assisted living residents.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all aspects of food service, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Direct and assist in meal preparation and serving to residents and guests.
• Maintain sanitation and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Develop monthly menus and monitor budgets for food and labor.
• Attend required staff meetings and resident move-in visits.
