The role requires managing budgets, staffing, and daily operations while adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines. Strong leadership and communication with staff, residents, families, and partner organizations are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leadership in a senior living operation or related field.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing as required by state regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial planning.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all community operations as on-site executive.
• Lead department directors and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through quality services.
• Develop and implement sales and operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with care regulations and licenses.
• Manage budget and cash flow; monitor variances and protect financial health.
• Provide leadership for staff and residents and resolve issues.
• Act as primary liaison with Cogir Senior Living corporate staff.
• Maintain policies, procedures and licenses in line with regulations.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, and performance management with a focus on retaining quality personnel.
• Oversee building maintenance and inspections.
