You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and menu development from approved recipes, and you will train the dining program team while maintaining food safety standards and HACCP requirements.

Qualifications

• BS or Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
• 7+ years in food service with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper storage and handling procedures.
• State/local certification requirements met (e.g., ServSafe) and HACCP understanding.
