Qualifications

• BS or Associates Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred).
• 7+ years of food service experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper storage and handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be the community leader for the dining program with top-tier customer service.
• Oversee staffing and inventory/budget control for the dining program.
• Maintain presence in the dining room to ensure quality and resident satisfaction.
