Job summary

Oakdale Seniors Alliance seeks a Maintenance Tech Specialist with an Electrical Focus for Asbury Heights in Pittsburgh, PA. You will perform complex electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across the campus.

You will also handle general maintenance with the team, ensure life-safety code compliance, read blueprints, and support project work with outside electricians. A 3–5 year track record and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in facility maintenance or electrical trade work.
• Journeyman license or technical trade certification is a big plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Compassion for and comfort around senior residents and families.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance & repair: troubleshoot, circuit repairs, fixture updates, and emergency lighting checks campus-wide.
• Preventative maintenance: inspect generators, panels, and equipment per life-safety codes.
• General campus maintenance: assist with building repairs, plumbing, HVAC filters, turnover prep.
• Vendor & project support: work with outside contractors on capital projects.
• Safety & compliance: maintain audit-ready logs and follow OSHA/building codes.
