You'll perform general maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, respond to requests promptly, and help ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. Valid driver's license and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to lift, carry, and complete physical job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Inspect the building and grounds for maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Help keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Support safety inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
