Qualifications

• Proven leadership in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to obtain Arizona Assisted Living Facility Manager certification.
• Strong budgeting, occupancy, and sales/marketing understanding.
• Excellent communication and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on leadership to department heads and associates, fostering a collaborative, engaged, and accountable team.
• Oversee daily community operations ensuring high standards of service, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Drive occupancy growth and partner with sales to improve lead conversion and move-in experiences.
• Oversee budgeting, expense management, and collaborate with offices to ensure accurate financial reporting.
