You will lead outreach, manage leads, conduct tours, and partner with local providers to highlight the community’s value.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing for senior housing or memory care preferred.
• Strong understanding of aging care needs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Outreach with doctors, discharge planners, senior centers, and referral agencies.
• Handle inbound inquiries, conduct calls, and follow up to schedule tours and move-ins.
• Conduct engaging tours and home visits to showcase community lifestyle and services.
• Execute marketing campaigns and host events to raise community awareness.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor outreach efficiency.
