Commonwealth Senior Living in Salisbury, MD seeks a Dining Services Associate to support the Dining Services Director in delivering a signature dining program for residents. You will provide friendly, responsive service to ensure an exceptional dining experience every day.

You will prepare and serve nutritious meals safely, maintain a clean kitchen, and comply with health regulations while working varied shifts, including weekends. This role requires physical stamina and a customer-first mindset.

Competenze

• Certification in the Food Handlers Course or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the food service industry.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Willingness and ability to learn new tasks.
• Must be available to work varied shifts and weekends.
• Ability to lift heavy objects; stand and walk short distances.
• Must be free of communicable diseases.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents in a safe sanitary manner and in compliance with sanitation codes.
• Be familiar with HACCP and WHMIS requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow proper hand washing and cleaning procedures.
• Serve meals attractively and respectfully, mindful of residents' needs.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment per schedules and stock procedures.
• Prepare dining rooms daily and assist with stock as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Dining Services Director.
