Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform dining service tasks, assist with set-up for meals and events, and ensure foods are served at proper temperatures.

The role involves maintaining clean dining areas, following HACCP and infection control procedures, and assisting with food preparation for residents. Part-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Prior dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with interruptions.
• Must be willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working within St. Louis County.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at events, prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other items per recipes.
• Assist with dining room set up, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Assist with cleaning duties to maintain dining areas per policies and standards.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures per EverTrue policy and report hazards or incidents.
• Maintain HACCP logs and record product usage and waste amounts.
• Follow infection control procedures and wear protective clothing as required.
