Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dietary Aide to perform dining service functions in our skilled nursing and assisted living memory care communities, ensuring clean, sanitary dining areas and on-time service. You will assist with meal prep, serving, and maintaining proper food temperatures today while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include helping residents select meals that meet dietary restrictions, recording temperatures in HACCP logs, and performing routine cleanup and sanitation.

Qualifications

• One year of dietary aide experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with making appropriate food and beverage choices while ensuring options meet dietary restrictions/orders.
• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with dining service set-up, meals, beverages, and ensuring foods are served at proper temperatures.
• Maintains dining areas and handles cleaning duties to policy standards.
• Follows safety procedures and documents temperatures and usage in HACCP logs.
