Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform dining service tasks, set up dining rooms, and serve residents while maintaining clean, safe dining areas in compliance with HACCP procedures.

You will assist with food preparation, document temperatures, and follow safety protocols, all while contributing to a friendly, patient team culture and ensuring meals are served on time and at proper temperatures.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, diet orders, and assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils and equipment.
• Assist with dining room set-up, serving residents, and catering events.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and maintain dining areas in accordance with policies.
• Receive and store food and supplies and maintain HACCP logs and records.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Maintain documentation of temperatures, usage, and waste.
