EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to support the dining program for residents and staff. The role involves preparing beverages, salads, desserts, and other food items according to recipes and serving foods at proper temperatures in a clean, safe environment.

You will help with dining room setup, bussing tables, stock management, and routine cleaning tasks while following safety and infection control policies. Prior dining service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.

Responsabilités

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Assist with dining room setup and catered events, including beverages, salads, desserts and food preparation as instructed.
• Set up dining rooms, stock buffets, and serve residents on time and at proper temperatures.
• Assist with daily cleaning duties and ensure dining areas are clean and organized.
• Receive and store food and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazardous conditions or incidents.
