EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform dining service tasks, maintain clean dining areas, and support meal service for residents and staff. The role requires adherence to recipes and safety standards, along with accurate documentation of temperatures and inventory.

Responsibilities include setting up dining spaces, serving meals, and ensuring foods are served at the correct temperatures while following HACCP and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined dining service routines using utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with dining room setup and catered events, prepares beverages, salads, desserts per recipes and serves foods at proper temperatures.
• Sets up dining rooms, buffets, and serves residents.
• Cleans dining areas, buses tables, sweeps, mops, vacuums, washes dishes, and restocks items.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows safety protocols, reports hazards and equipment issues.
• Maintains HACCP logs and records product usage and waste.
• Adheres to infection control procedures and uses protective gear as required.
