EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a variety of dining service functions in serving and maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized dining areas, facilities, and equipment, and may assist in some aspects of food preparation.

The role involves setting up dining rooms and at catered events, preparing beverages, salads, desserts, and other items, ensuring proper temperatures and timely service, and performing daily cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with interruptions.
• Must have or be willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working within St. Louis County.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and catered events, prepares beverages, salads, and desserts.
• Assists with dining room set up, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Assists with clean-up to maintain dining areas per policies, including cleaning duties and washing dishes.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or incidents.
• Maintains HACCP logs and records usage and waste.
• Follows infection control procedures and proper handling of waste and cleaning agents.
