EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a range of dining service functions, maintain clean, sanitary dining areas, and assist in food preparation. The role supports food service operations, delivers meals, and ensures proper temperatures and service timing for residents.

The position requires adherence to safety and infection-control procedures, ability to read recipes and dietary cards, and willingness to perform repetitive tasks with care and teamwork in a resident-focused

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment as assigned.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at catered events, prepares beverages, salads, and desserts as instructed.
• Assists with dining room set up, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Assists with clean-up to maintain dining areas per policies and standards; cleans dishes, vacuums, and stores items properly.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or incidents to supervisor.
• Maintains HACCP logs and records product usage and waste.
• Follows infection control precautions and proper handling of waste and cleaning agents.
