Zusammenfassung

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Server - FT to provide top-quality dining service to residents, families, and guests. You will maintain dining areas, serve meals, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

The role supports a team-driven, hospitality-centered environment with weekend/holiday availability and pay DOE. Comprehensive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), highly preferred.
• Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Background clearances, health screening, and TB test results within 7 days of employment (last 6 months).
• Basic counting skills as required by the position (tracking meals/residents).
• Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, understanding and reading English.
• Operates standard serving equipment (salad bar/heating cart, trays).
• Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with staff, residents, family, guests, vendors, and the public.
• Meets state-specific regulatory requirements, such as Food Handler Certification.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Clear dishes between courses and reset tables to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal choices, and attend to dining needs.
• Adhere to residents’ dietary needs and care plans as outlined by supervision.
• Report safety or equipment issues to the Supervisor.
