MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server-FT to provide high-quality dining service to residents, delivering meals with a focus on resident preferences and safety. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to dietary plans, and friendly resident interactions in a supportive environment.

Position offers a stable schedule from 6:00a to 2:00p with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and meal perks.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit.
• Background clearances, health screening, and negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.
• Food Handler Certification (if required) and ability to follow safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals.
• Uphold table etiquette and reset tables between courses.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal and menu selections.
• Adhere to dietary needs and care plans.
• Monitor resident meal attendance for safety checks.
• Greet and seat residents, especially new arrivals.
• Deliver meals to rooms for room service when needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas and follow food safety protocols.
• Restock dining supplies and assist with kitchen/dining operations.
• Support marketing through positive interactions and grooming standards.
• Cooperate with dining services to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Report safety or equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment per MBK policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
