The role requires strong leadership, hospitality focus and attention to detail, with a hands-on approach to training, scheduling and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dining room, restaurant, hospitality or food service team.
• Ability to motivate staff while maintaining high standards.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and coverage.

• Lead Legendary Hospitality by creating a warm, professional dining experience.
• Develop and coach the dining room team, manage scheduling and coverage.
• Set expectations for service, teamwork and professionalism.
• Oversee dining room prep, service and cleanliness.
• Build relationships with residents and listen to feedback to enhance experiences.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage Director on events and community experiences.
• Step in to support the team to ensure seamless service.
