Job summary

Rose Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Dining Room Manager to support the Dining Room Manager in planning, directing and coordinating dining room activities. You will help ensure courteous service, efficient staffing, and high-quality experiences for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include supervising dining room areas, coordinating seating, scheduling, cost controls, and collaborating with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in restaurant or senior living operations or equivalent staff management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room areas and server stations when needed.
• Coordinate resident and guest seating in an efficient, courteous manner.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, counseling, and orientation of dining room staff.
• Schedule stations and assignments to ensure standards are met.
• Record meal counts, reservations, and charges; operate POS system.
• Collaborate with Dining Room Manager on dining room status and issues.
