Senior Star Burgundy Place is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the dining room experience for Independent Living residents. You will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and dining team to deliver exceptional service every day and to turn meals into memorable experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality focus and attention to detail, with a hands-on approach to training, scheduling and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience leading a dining room, restaurant, hospitality or food service team.
• Ability to motivate staff while maintaining high standards.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and coverage.

Lead a Dining Experience That Residents Look Forward to Every Day.

Burgundy Place, a Senior Star community, is looking for a Dining Room Manager who brings strong leadership, genuine hospitality, and an eye for the details that turn a meal into an experience.

This role leads the dining room experience for our Independent Living residents, working closely with the Food & Beverage Director and dining team to deliver exceptional service every day.

What You’ll Do

As our Dining Room Manager, you will:

• Lead Legendary Hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming and professional dining experience for residents and guests.
• Lead and develop the dining room team, including training, coaching, scheduling and ensuring strong coverage.
• Set clear expectations for exceptional service, professionalism and teamwork.
• Oversee dining room preparation, meal service and cleanliness to ensure every service is ready and polished.
• Build relationships with residents, listen to feedback and take ownership of their dining experience.
• Partner with the Food & Beverage Director and other departments on special events, prospect lunches and community experiences.
• Step in and support the team wherever needed to ensure service never misses a beat.
