Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily dining room operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests.
• Enforce policies on appearance, attendance, service standards and job duties; lead regular department meetings.
• Be on the floor during meal service to oversee staff and guest interactions.
• Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate dining services.
