Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to lead the front-of-house dining team and oversee dining operations for residents and guests in a senior living setting. You will manage service during meals, assist with staffing, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across daily dining and special events.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in front-of-house dining management, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in front of the house dining.
• High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development); or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fingerprint Clearance required,
• First aid and CPR certified.
• Candidates with experience in food service in senior living, hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms are preferred

Responsibilities

• Directly lead employees in the dining room and supervise staff per policy.
• Ensure wait staff wear uniforms that are clean and pressed.
• Maintain daily menu board and dining room setup.
• Assist in staffing schedule planning and coverage to avoid overtime.
• Provide exceptional customer service in seating, menus, and service recommendations.
• Bus and reset tables promptly after each service.
• Ensure adequate staffing for dining hours from 7am–7pm.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef for holidays and events.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed
