Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the community restaurant operations, train staff, and deliver a warm, exceptional dining experience for residents.

You will collaborate with kitchen teams, manage schedules, maintain safety standards, handle resident requests, and ensure smooth service across shifts, including weekends.

Previous upscale dining and supervisory experience, plus a Food Handler Card/Serve Safe credential, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Card/Serve Safe or ability to obtain; sanitation knowledge.
• 4+ years full-cycle food service in upscale dining required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage front-of-house staff for dining operations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience.
• Provide initial and ongoing training for dining room staff.
• Prepare weekly schedules and manage budget controls.
• Monitor table assignments and seating to accommodate residents.
• Oversee special dining events, holidays, and themed meals.
