Job summary

The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor with a hospitality focus. This full-time role oversees food and beverage service, coordinates seating, and acts as the primary F&B contact until management arrives.

You will lead pre-shift lineups, schedule servers, record meal counts and reservations, and ensure POS accuracy. Ideal candidates bring prior host/lead server experience in fine dining and strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Host/Hostess or Lead Server experience in fine dining.
• Ability to interpret and explain menu and answer questions.
• Strong communication and empathy with residents, families, visitors, staff.
• Health and/or alcohol service compliance card required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seating of residents and guests efficiently.
• Lead daily pre-shift lineup for dinner service.
• Schedule stations and work assignments for wait staff and check-out servers.
• Record meal counts, reservations, and additional charges; know POS system.
• Consult with Director of Food & Beverage on dining room status.
