Job summary

The Glenview at Pelican Bay, located in Naples, FL, seeks a hospitality-focused Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Community’s F&B department with hands-on management and a commitment to quality service. Salary range is $90,000-$107,000 per year.

The role oversees menu planning, staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with dietary and regulatory requirements, while driving top-tier resident satisfaction and occupancy growth in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts is preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience as executive chef or similar.
• Minimum three years in administration and management of food service systems.
• Senior living community experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain upscale culinary services program.
• Supervise the Food & Beverage Department and staff.
• Plan and serve menu cycles compliant with dietary criteria.
• Meet or exceed budgetary guidelines.
• Hands-on cooking and service as needed.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service and make improvements.
• Support revenue and occupancy growth through engaged staff.
