The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor with a hospitality focus to ensure outstanding service and act as the primary Food & Beverage contact until management arrives. Responsibilities include coordinating resident seating, leading pre-shift lineups, scheduling stations, and recording meal counts with POS knowledge.

Communication with the Director of Food & Beverage is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Host/Hostess or Lead Server in fine dining or similar setting.
• Ability to explain menu and coordinate meal service.
• Good communication with residents, families and staff.
• Health and/or alcohol compliance card required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates the seating of residents and guests in an efficient, courteous manner.
• Lead the daily pre-shift lineup for dinner service, ensuring all dining room servers are prepared for service.
• Schedules stations and work assignments for the wait staff and check out servers to ensure standards are met.
• Records meal counts, reservations and additional charges. Uses a point-of-sale system with competence.
• Confers with Director of Food & Beverage regarding dining room status.
