Job summary

Horizon Hospitality seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead daily dining and culinary operations in a premier senior living community near Richardson, TX. You will drive restaurant-quality standards across daily dining and executive catering, partnering with the Chef Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong focus on team development, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a Dining Director or Manager.
• Experience in Senior Living, CCRC, or Memory Care.
• Bachelor’s degree or culinary-related credential; industry leadership experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining operations and culinary leadership with the Chef Manager to meet restaurant-quality standards.
• Manage unit accounting functions including P&L analysis, forecasting, controllable expenses, inventory, and payroll.
• Maintain transparent relationships with client groups, owners, and regional vendors.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing staff and lead from the front during peak times.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and uniform guidelines.
