Metz Culinary Management seeks a Dining Services Director/General Manager to lead our AMAZING team in a busy senior living setting in Mesquite, Texas. The role requires a solid background in institutional dining including senior living, hospital, college, or school environments.

The director will oversee menus, purchasing, personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, client relations, and sanitation while driving service quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a food service manager role (front and back)
• Knowledgeable in Retail Sales and POS systems
• Catering management experience
• Impeccable communication skills
• Restaurant management knowledge
• Strong menu implementation and presentation
• Team building with recruiting/retention experience
• Technology savvy
• Hospitality degree is a strong plus
