Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or culinary certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement meal plans and menus meeting residents' dietary needs.
• Oversee kitchen staff, food production, and dining service for consistent quality.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; promote teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, and cost-control initiatives.
