Job summary

The Dining Room Dietary Aide, Waitstaff is responsible for providing courteous, compassionate service to Residents, their families and guests covering all aspects of table-side service, prep and side work, and the cleanliness and presentation of all dining and food service areas.

The Dining Room Dietary Aide will work per diem shifts at Corcoran House Assisted Living in Clinton, MA, collaborating with the Food Service Director and shift supervisor, upholding HallKeen standards, and assisting

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dining room or restaurant wait staff experience.
• Working knowledge of food handling and safety standards.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respectfully resolve customer dissatisfaction issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, compassionate customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Promote resident satisfaction by communicating concerns and menu feedback to staff.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork among all staff in the community.
• Assist new Residents by familiarizing them with menus and dining options.
• Set tables according to standards and deliver orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of dining areas and equipment.
• Follow established policies and participate in special events in the Dining Room.
