Job summary

Quest Healthcare Development is seeking caring Dietary Aides / Wait Staff to support our Food & Nutrition Services for residents. If you enjoy helping others, delivering friendly service, and contributing to a resident-centered community, we'd love to meet you.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience by serving nutritious meals, assisting residents during mealtimes, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain sanitation standards.
• Reliable, dependable and compassionate.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for meal service.
• Serve meals and beverages in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist residents during meals while promoting dignity and independence.
• Deliver meal trays and snacks to resident rooms.
• Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and sanitize work areas.
• Wash dishes and restock supplies.
• Follow infection control and food safety procedures.

Education
