Job summary

Covenant Living and CovenantCare at Home is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in meal prep, delivery, and dining-room support for residents. You will work under a lead Dietitian or Chef, ensuring meals meet nutrition needs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly resident interactions. A high school diploma and a Food Handler's Permit are required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Read and follow written instructions and safety practices.
• Be cordial, dependable, detail oriented and organized.
• Handle tasks with limited supervision and under safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service under supervision.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Set up and clear dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Follow sanitation rules and state healthcare requirements.
• Perform cleaning duties as scheduled and assist during shifts.
• Provide courteous customer service during meals.
• Other duties as assigned.
