Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a friendly server to provide courteous dining room service to residents and guests in Moon Township, PA. You will assist with meals, beverage service, and cleanup, while following safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with menu orders.
• Provide beverage service and maintain condiments and tableware.
• Clean up and reset dining room after meal service.
• Assist with tray service and respond to resident needs with compassion.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings and follow confidentiality policies.
