Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and to reset the dining room after service. The role also includes assisting residents with menu orders, providing beverage service, and maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas while following confidentiality policies.

Requirements include reading simple instructions, ability to perform simple tasks, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.
• Must be organized and willing to work well with other team members.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and reset dining room after service.
• Assist residents with menu orders and provide beverage service.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings; report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage in kitchen and dining areas.
