Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to deliver meals and assist residents in a resident-centered dining program. You will serve resident and guest meals, assist with orders, provide beverages, reset dining rooms, and help with tray service with dignity and confidentiality.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a team focused on care and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist residents with menu orders.
• Provide beverages (water, iced tea, juice, milk, coffee/tea).
• Reset dining room and clean after service.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Understand sit-down service and proper serving techniques.
• Assist with tray service.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, co-workers and supervisor.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
