Harmony Senior Services is seeking a friendly dining server in State College, PA to courteously serve residents and guests, assist with menu orders, beverages, and dining room setup, and help with tray service in a supportive senior living community. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and reliability.

This position requires good personal hygiene, clear communication, ability to stand for extended periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve residents and guests courteously and efficiently.
• Assist with menu orders and beverage service.
• Set up, reset, and clean dining areas after meals.
• Assist with tray service and transport of meals.
• Maintain confidentiality and interact politely with residents and staff.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
