Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals, assist with tray service, and maintain dining room cleanliness in Hershey, PA. The role requires attentive, friendly interaction and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will work with a supportive team, follow safety and confidentiality policies, and participate in required trainings. Flexible schedules include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with fulltime and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry heavy objects 20 ft.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals with courtesy.
• Assist with menu orders and beverage service.
