Job summary

The Waters of Sweetwater is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our food services department and ensure residents receive high-quality meals and outstanding service.

You will supervise cooks and dietary aides, develop menus, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding a dedicated team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid CDM credential, and 2–5 years coordinating food service operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Certified Dietary Manager credential required.
• 2–5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
• Proficiency using basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals to residents, including special diets.
• Supervise and direct a dietary staff team, providing guidance and training.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and dietary services.
• Develop and implement menus, including special occasion meals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with culinary team to deliver high-quality food and service.
