In this role, you will manage menus, inventories, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring cooks, servers, and aides. A CDM with strong communication and leadership will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CDM certification required.
• 2–5 years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals including special diets and preferences.
• Supervise and direct a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and dietary services.
• Develop and implement menus, including special occasion and holiday meals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to provide exceptional food and service to our residents.
