Sinceri Senior Living in Salisbury, MD is seeking a dedicated Food Services Associate to support the Food Services Department. This full-time, first-shift role involves food ordering, preparation, delivery, and sanitation to meet health regulations while ensuring residents receive nutritious meals.

Under the Food Services Director, you will help schedule staff, maintain clean work areas, and uphold infection control standards.

Formación

• Culinary arts training or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and staff.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Meet state health requirements and obtain Food Handlers Permit as required.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Help Food Services Director schedule staff and orient new hires.
• Ensure food is prepared nutritiously, appetizingly, and presented well; provide snacks for special diets.
• Attend required in-service training.
• Ensure compliance with residents' rights regulations.
