Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Food Services team member to help manage daily operations, including ordering, preparation, delivery, and cleanliness in line with health regulations. You will support the Food Services Director and maintain a positive environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff orientation, and ensuring nutritional and attractive food presentation, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with others.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Must maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Must meet state health requirements.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit (as required).
• Must perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Food Services Director in staff scheduling and orientation; ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe and orderly; adhere to infection control and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals and snacks for residents with dietary needs; ensure proper storage and cleanup of all utensils and equipment.
• Attend all required in-service trainings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents’ rights.
