Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated team member to assist the Food Services operation under the Food Services Director. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, food preparation, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in line with health regulations.

You will work to deliver nutritious meals, maintain dietary needs, and support a positive living environment for residents. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Formación

• Culinary arts training or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Must be able to relate positively to residents and families, and to work cooperatively with other employees and vendors.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources and the general public.

Responsabilidades

• Help Food Services Director schedule staff. Orient new staff and ensure equipment is maintained and work areas are clean and safe.
• Prepare food in a nutritious, appetizing fashion and present it attractively for residents; ensure snacks meet dietary needs.
• Attend required in-service training and ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents’ rights.
