Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated team member to assist the Food Services Director with ordering, preparation, delivery, and sanitation in accordance with health regulations. You will help schedule staff, ensure nutritious meals, and maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Culinary arts training or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Must relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with staff and vendors.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, officials, referrals and the public.
• Must maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Must meet state health requirements.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
• Must perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Help Food Services Director schedule staff and orient new staff.
• Ensure food is prepared in a nutritious, appetizing way and presented well for residents.
• Ensure utensils, dishes, equipment and work areas are cleaned and stored properly.
• Attend required in-service trainings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents' rights.
