Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents in Shelbyville, KY. You will ensure food safety, follow menus, and uphold a positive dining experience for residents and families.

The role includes coordinating with the Food Service Manager on inventory, supervising dietary staff when needed, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. Weekly pay and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Use technology and computerized systems to create a great dining experience for residents and families.
