Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents at the West Lafayette Cumberland Pointe Health Campus. You will follow established safety standards while delivering a positive dining experience.

The role involves assisting with inventory, supervising dietary staff, setting up meal stations, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness to support resident health and satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
